Terms of Service

Each order you place is a contractual agreement. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order. Maui Hub typically cannot refund confirmed orders if the end of the ordering period has passed. Items are harvested and packaged to order, and are highly perishable. Therefore, no refunds can be given for reasons beyond the control Maui Hub, such as customers being unable to pick up their orders on pickup day.

If the product was paid for via online SNAP a refund will be issued back to the customer's card within 2 business days.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. If product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce. The customer understands that since our organically certified farmers and those practicing regenerative methods do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect" but taste amazing! 

SMS Policy

1.  Sign up to receive updates about your account and orders you've placed.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to the number and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by using the Contact Us page of the site.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages about upcoming order distributions, any issues with items in your orders, or if there are issues processing payment on your orders. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
