My name is Nicole Naea, a Native Hawaiian single mama of three who left a corporate career as a wedding and event planner/designer to focus on raising my children while pursuing my dream of owning a coffee business.

Today, I proudly operate Salt & Honey Coffee Co. from my home under the Maui Cottage Food Law. Every batch of coffee is locally roasted on Maui in small batches, and each drink is thoughtfully crafted using premium syrups and high-quality ingredients to create a rich, well-balanced coffee experience.

Salt & Honey Coffee Co. is more than just a business—it’s a dream built with love, purpose, and countless hours of dedication. My hope is to create something meaningful and lasting that I can one day pass down to my children. I’m so grateful for your support, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
