We are on a mission to bring the magic of truly great bread back to Maui, one delicious loaf at a time. We're on a mission to prove that with simple ingredients flour, water, starter, and salt we can create something extraordinary that nourishes our community, reminds them what real bread tastes like, and brings people together.

We would like to highlight that we use 100% Organic Flour for all of our breads and have a 24 hour Natural Leavening process.
