GreenGale Farms Maui is an 11 acre regenerative farm on the slopes of Haleakala.  We are mainly an agriforest farm but also grew herbs like rosemary, lavender, lemongrass, catnip and oregano that we use to distill essential oils and hydrosols.  .  Farmer Susi is a certified arborist and loves providing the best environment for all our fruit trees.  We have Citrus, coffee, mango, avocado, lychee, banana, egg fruit and so much more.  We also grow a selection of annual crops on a rotational basis.

Our farming philosophy is - listen to the land, understand the soil and let nature guide you in producing healthy vibrant crops.  Working alongside nature and never forcing her to your will.  If you select the right plants that thrive in your environment you will be rewarded.  We practice organic methods and believe that the soil is a vital and living web that should be nurtured and respected.  We are no till, cover crop advocates and see compost as worth its weight in gold.  And we never have enough mulch!   We wish we could grow apricots but are learning to live within our limits!!
