Hi! I’m Brittney, baker and owner at Homestead Bakery. I specialize in organic sourdough artisan bread, using slow fermentation and small batch methods. Each loaf is fermented for 24 hours and baked in individual Dutch ovens. I started by sharing my bread with friends and soon found myself making up to 200 loaves a week. Besides my passion for baking, you can find me roller skating or paragliding with my two little ones in tow. I’ve loved being part of Maui Hub from the beginning; it's such a special organization that really caters to small businesses and the community.
